We host families, corporate travellers, and solo guests who want a clean, secure, home-like stay — not a party venue or a transit hotel. To keep that experience consistent for every guest, we ask everyone to read and agree to the policies below before confirming a booking. - Early check-in or late check-out is available on request, subject to availability, and may carry an extra fee.
- No entry is permitted after 11:00 PM, even for registered guests, unless the caretaker is informed in advance so the society security desk can be updated.
- Five days before arrival, guests receive an automated web check-in email — fill in guest details and upload a valid photo ID in advance so that arrival is just an ID verification and key handover.

- Valid photo ID is mandatory for at booking and for all adult guest for check-in (its in line with local law).
- Indian nationals: Aadhaar Card, Election (Voter) Card, or Passport — with address proof. Pan Card, Driving Licence, or employer/government ID cards are not accepted.

- Only guests whose details are registered on the booking may stay; no unregistered guests are permitted on the premises.

Guests, Visitors & Additional Occupants
- Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight; unregistered overnight guests are strictly not allowed.
- Daytime visitors may not enter rooms — they can meet guests in the designated first-floor seating area.
- Any additional overnight guest requires prior written approval (WhatsApp or email) from the host, a valid photo ID at check-in, and may incur extra charges.
- The primary booking guest is responsible for the conduct, damages, and cleanliness related to their additional guests.
- Undisclosed additional guests may result in immediate termination of the booking, forfeiture of deposit, additional charges, and — if required — a report to local police.
- Drivers, helpers, or domestic staff are not complimentary; if they stay on the premises, standard additional-guest charges and ID requirements apply.
Safety, Security & Property Care
- Digital smart-lock main door and smart power-supply card system for each stay; Key tracker is in build, stile in case of a lost/damaged smart key attracts a ₹2,000 replacement fee.
- CCTV covers public/open checkpoints only — please do not tamper with cameras.
- Please use electricity and water responsibly; keep windows/doors closed while the AC is running.
- Do not move furniture or remove property items (towels, linens, utensils, electronics) from the premises.
- Homeland Stay is not liable for loss of personal belongings; please safeguard your valuables.
- Any disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction.

The property has 24-hour CCTV at common/open areas, smart-lock digital - video door access, private gated entry, strict ID verification for all guests, and a no-parties/no-alcohol policy designed to keep the environment quiet and secure.
