1. Introduction

Welcome to Homeland Stay. By accessing our website at homelandstay.com and staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
  • All bookings require full payment. We accept Cash, Online Banking, and UPI payments (GPay, Paytm, etc.).
  • Refunds are issued strictly based on our Cancellation Policy.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 01:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the property and maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.

Note: Smoking and pets are prohibited, unless explicitly permitted in writing.

5. Liability & Damages

  • Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
  • Personal Belongings: Homeland Stay is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Safety: Homeland Stay is not liable for any injury, accident, or untoward incident.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Your personal information is collected solely for booking and communication purposes.

7. Third-Party Content & Attributions

This website uses illustrations and animations sourced from LottieFiles (lottiefiles.com) and other third-party libraries, used under their respective creators' licenses. All such content, along with any associated trademarks and copyrights, remains the property of its original creators. If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site is used outside the terms of its license, please contact us at home@homelandstay.com and we will address it promptly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Note: The terms above, including our cancellation and refund policies, apply exclusively to bookings made directly with Homeland Stay.
